A free trial session
One free session or a three-day pass, booked by leaving a name and number. It turns "maybe" into "I’ll come on Monday", and gives you a phone number to follow up.
People join a gym when something pushes them: the new year, a wedding coming up, a doctor’s advice, a photo they didn’t like. Most want a place close to home or office, and they want to try it before they pay. An ad with a free trial session and a clear fee gets their number while the decision is still fresh.
Your members are mostly 20 to 40 and live or work a short ride away. Many women ask about women-only batches or a female trainer before they visit. Studios that run yoga, dance fitness or functional training draw people who want a fixed batch time and a group to turn up with. The first questions are nearly always the same: the fee, the timings and whether there is parking.

A walk-through video of the equipment, the changing rooms and the trainers during a busy hour. People want to see what the place looks like at 7 in the morning before they sign up for a quarterly plan.
For studios, a new batch with its start date, timing and fee, like a 6:30 a.m. yoga batch or an evening dance fitness batch from the 1st. A date gives people a reason to sign up this week.
We’d start with a lead form ad. Gym enquiries usually need a call. People want to ask about the fee, the timings and the trainer, and the call is your chance to bring them in for the trial. A lead form ad collects the name and phone number, and in the Leads tab you can mark who has visited and set a reminder for the ones who said "next week".
Few people travel more than 3 to 5 km to a gym, so keep the area tight around it, or around the office cluster if you’re near one. Age 18 to 40 covers most members, and yoga studios can go up to 55 or 60. For a women-only batch, set gender to women and say so in the ad.

Facebook’s ad rules don’t allow before-and-after body photos or wording that points at someone’s weight or body. Show your floor, your trainers and members working out, and talk about batches, timings and the trial.
If your fee is good for the area, yes. If you sell mostly on trainers and facilities, lead with the free trial and give the fee on the call.
January is the busiest, and it’s also when many gyms nearby are advertising. Late December, just before the rush, and the weeks before the wedding season are good times to start.
A free trial session beats a discount on the yearly fee, since people want to see the floor before they commit. Advertise the trial to people living within 3 km and ring each sign-up the same day.
Download it, add your business and link your Facebook Page. Start with the 5-day trial, and approve your first design on the same phone.
