Remove our access to Facebook
- In the app: open the Facebook Page screen and tap Unlink. We delete the Page’s access keys straight away.
- On Facebook: go to Settings, then Business integrations, find our app and remove it. Facebook stops our access to your Page straight away.
Delete your account and data
In the app: open the Business tab, tap Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. It happens straight away: we delete your login, business details, designs and uploaded photos, Facebook access and the leads in your account, and sign you out on every phone.
Any ad that is running or waiting is cancelled first, and its money is refunded under the refunds policy.
If you can’t use the app, email support@centricwave.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the mobile number you log in with. We confirm it’s you and delete everything within 30 days.
What we have to keep
Indian tax law requires us to keep invoices, credit notes and payment records for several years, so those stay even after an account is deleted. We keep nothing else.
