What we do
You buy an ad plan in the app. We design the ad from the details you give, run it on Facebook and Instagram from our ad account as your Facebook Page, and show you the enquiries and results in the app. The price includes the ad spend, our design and service work, and GST.
Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older and act for a real business in India.
- You must have the right to use the Facebook Page you link, and to advertise what the ad shows.
- The details you give us must be true. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
Your ad
- An ad runs only after you approve the design in the app.
- The plan’s days start when the ad goes live, not when you pay.
- Every ad must follow Meta’s advertising policies and Indian law. We can refuse or stop an ad that doesn’t, or one for a category we don’t serve.
- Meta reviews every ad and can reject or limit it. We’ll try to fix the problem. If the ad still can’t run, you get a full refund.
- You can ask us to pause the ad. The end date stays the same.
Results
The estimates in the app are based on what similar businesses get. Actual results depend on your offer, your area, competition and how Meta delivers the ad. We don’t guarantee a number of views, leads, chats or sales.
Payments and invoices
- Prices are in rupees and include 18% GST.
- You pay in advance through our payment partner. We issue a GST invoice for every payment.
- The trial is limited to one per business, per Facebook Page and per phone.
Refunds
Before your ad runs on Facebook, you can cancel in the app for a full refund. After it has run, we refund the part of the ad budget that wasn’t spent, with the GST on it. The refunds page has the details.
Facebook and Instagram
Your ads run on Facebook and Instagram, which belong to Meta and follow Meta’s own terms and advertising policies. Linking your Page gives us permission to publish ads as that Page and to read their leads and results, and nothing more. You can take that permission away at any time by unlinking the Page. We are a separate company and are not part of Meta.
Your content and the designs
The photos, logos and text you give us stay yours. You give us permission to use them to design and run your ads.
The designs we make for your ad are yours to use once the plan is paid for. We ask before showing any of them as an example of our work.
Leads and customer data
The leads your ads bring are yours. You agree to use them only to respond to the enquiry and to follow the law on contacting people, including requests to stop.
Messages from us
We send login codes by SMS. We may call you or message you on WhatsApp about your account, your ad or its design, at the mobile number you log in with. We don’t send promotional messages unless you ask for them.
What you can’t do
- Advertise anything illegal, misleading or harmful.
- Use someone else’s Page, brand or photos without permission.
- Try to get more than one trial, or misuse the app or other people’s data.
Our responsibility
We do the work with reasonable care and skill. We aren’t responsible for Meta’s decisions, outages or policy changes, or for losses we couldn’t reasonably foresee. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan the claim is about.
Closing your account
You can delete your account in the app at any time (Business, then Delete account), or by writing to us. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why. Refunds then follow the refunds policy.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Write to us first and we will try to sort it out. If we can’t, the courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top and tell you in the app before the change applies to a new purchase. Questions: support@centricwave.com.
