What you receive
- An ad designed for your business from the details you share in the app.
- That ad running on Facebook and Instagram, from your own Facebook Page, for the number of days in your plan.
- The enquiries and results in the app as they come in.
- A GST invoice for your payment.
When
- Invoice: as soon as your payment goes through. It is in the app under Invoices.
- Design: usually the same day you share your ad details, and at most within 1 to 2 working days.
- Going live: after you approve the design, we send it to Facebook. Facebook checks every new ad before it runs, and most are reviewed within 24 hours.
- Plan days: they start counting when the ad goes live, not when you pay.
- Enquiries: each one appears in the app when the customer sends it.
If there is a delay
If Facebook doesn’t approve the ad, we change it and send it again. If it still can’t run, you get a full refund.
You can cancel at any time before the ad goes live and get the full amount back. The refunds page has the details.
Where the service is available
The service is for businesses in India. Everything is delivered through the app, so you don’t need to visit us or receive anything by post.
