Facebook and Instagram ads for furniture stores

Families buy furniture when something changes: a new flat, a wedding in the house, a child who needs a study table, a festival they want the home ready for. They look for weeks, visit a few showrooms and ask a lot about wood, fabric and delivery. An ad that reaches them early, with real photos and a starting price, gets you into that first round of visits.

Who you’re trying to reach

Your best buyers are couples and families from their late twenties to their fifties who have just bought or rented a place, or are renovating one. New housing societies are the clearest case, with many flats getting possession in the same few months and each one needing beds, a dining table, wardrobes and curtains. Parents setting up a home for a newly married son or daughter, and offices fitting out a new space, are smaller groups that place bigger orders.

What to put in the ad

Room sets at one price

A full bedroom, the bed, two side tables and a wardrobe, at one price, or a 3+1+1 sofa set with the fabric choices. People find a set price far easier to compare than a list of separate items.

Made-to-measure work

If you make wardrobes, kitchens or TV units to measure, say so and offer a home visit for measurement. Show finished work in real homes and name the material, like plywood with laminate or solid sheesham.

Near new housing projects

If a large society near you is getting possession, run an ad to that locality offering furniture for the new home, with delivery and fitting included. Those families are buying for every room at once.

Lead form or WhatsApp

We’d start with a lead form ad. Furniture buyers ask detailed questions and often need a home visit or a measurement before they order, so a call is the right next step. A lead form ad gives you the name and number. In the Leads tab you can mark who has visited the showroom and set reminders, since a decision can take weeks.

How lead form ads work

Who should see it

Furniture is worth a drive, so a large showroom can take the whole city, and a smaller one 8 to 15 km. For kitchens and wardrobes, pick the localities with new construction. Age 28 to 55 suits most buyers, and gender is best left open, since couples usually decide together.

Busy times to plan for

  • Navratri, Dussehra and Diwali, when many families buy for the home
  • Gudi Padwa and Akshaya Tritiya, seen as good days for big purchases
  • Wedding season, for bedroom sets and gifts to the couple
  • Possession dates at new housing projects near you, whenever they fall

Questions

Should the ad show prices for custom work?

Give a starting rate, per square foot for a wardrobe or per running foot for a kitchen, so buyers know whether you’re in their range. The final price depends on material and size, which you explain on the call.

Can I target one new housing society?

The app lets you pick localities, so choose the one the society sits in and the localities around it. If you’ve already done flats in that society, mention it in the ad text.

I sell home decor, not furniture. Does this apply to me?

Yes. Curtains, lights, rugs, wallpaper and wall art sell around the same moments, new homes and festivals. Show a finished room, because people buy decor once they can picture it in their own home.

How should I advertise a furniture shop?

Lead with one product and its price, such as a three-seater sofa or a queen bed with storage. Families doing up a home will send their number for a quote, and your salesman can invite them to the showroom.
